Clinical Services

Our licensed mental health clinicians and registered dietitians provide a client-centered, trauma informed, all-gender inclusive approach to treatment.

We seek to understand what the clients' individual needs are so that each client can feel supported and understood while they embark on their journey of recovery. Our clinicians have specific eating disorder training and an eclectic background with sub-specialties in trauma, dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and more.  From eating disorders to general mental health and general nutrition counseling we have a clinical team ready to create a personalized treatment plan for your needs.

As clients engage in outpatient therapy, the client can expect to be met with compassion, empathy, and unity in their treatment.

Individual Therapy Session

Outpatient Individual Psychotherapy

Our licensed mental health clinicians use a client-centered approach and empower clients to cultivate strength, insight, and trust within themselves. Clinicians work with clients to get to the roots whether it be trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or other co-occurring diagnoses. By using evidence-based tools, empathy, and a client-centered approach, clients are able to reduce symptoms and promote healing and growth. Clinicians will work with clients to plan a course of treatment that aligns with the client’s values and beliefs.

Outpatient Individual Nutrition Counseling

Our registered dietitians practice from an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size Approach to help individuals cultivate an improved relationship with food and movement resulting in improved health. As part of the multi-disciplinary team approach, the nutrition element of treatment focuses on food-related behaviors allowing time in psychotherapy to be spent focusing on the underlying issues. Treatment can be a combination of nutrition education, meal planning, cognitive behavioral therapy, hands-on exposures, and goal setting.

Group therapy session
